Conditions Of Hire.

(please read these conditions and then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page)

The booking is subject to the following terms.

(1) Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are acknowledged when full payment is made. No Payment - No booking. Your payment needs to be recieved, processed & cleared for booking to proceed.

(2) Holding deposits are non-refundable upon cancellation of the booking, unless we are able to re-book the allocated limousine. An accounting fee of 50% of the holding deposit will then apply.

(3) The holding deposit will not be refunded if cancellation takes place within 1 (one) calendar month prior to the booking.

(4) No compensation will be made in any form by Image Limousines, if any service of the driver and vehicle/s is terminated early, for whatever reason by the hirer.

(5) Please ensure to check your allocated time, as extensions may not be possible, due to other commitments. An additional charge of $45 per quarter-hour will then apply.

(6) Due to unforseen circumstances, limousines may be subject to change.
